Well, people don't seem to mature all that quickly these days. A lot of these guys in their 30s spend their time reading comic books and playing video games - the sort of lifestyle that people used to leave behind when they entered college. You can imagine how backwards 20-something guys are.

Every year in teenage years is like 5 or ten in adult years in terms of advancement. Ie. going from 14 to 16 is a major different in maturity. At 14 your brain is not done developing and you literally don't have the capacity to make the same decisions adults do. Just be careful with the older men OK.
