Ty has some MOVES! Although it's pretty disconcerting to see anyone that large trying those moves (I feel sorry for his spine), he ROCKS the floor and should keep it up to lose the weight! I can't imagine he can PUT ON weight if he's doing this shizz up in the bedroom every night.
