American Idol front-runner Adam Lambert is definitely the favorite amongst fans. The much talked about contestant even has fans trying to sell hundreds of his personal items online.
One person on eBay is even trying to sell a lock of Lambert's hair, allegedly.
And people are actually bidding on it!
As of today, over 700 Lambert related items - from autographs to photos and music - are online for auction.
Someone even made an Adam Lambert shower curtain along with purses, watches, t-shirts, dolls, bracelets, keychains, and the list goes on.
As for the other two finalists, they have just a few items listed for each.
Contestant Danny Gokey has over 70 items related to him. While Kris Allen has just about 60 items.
Could this be a sign of who's to win?
Lambert also made the top of the list for most downloaded songs on iTunes last month, beating out the rest of the American Idol competitors.
We're pretty sure this contest is over!

I luv Adam and really hope he wins..which he should because he IS the best. He has never failed through the whole season..and has proved himself….If i could vote from here i would….I'll be the first in line for his CD when he makes a record….He's going to be a star either way and is now IMO…His vocals are great and the range he has is unreal….Him and Slash should record together….that would be awesome!!!
I don't think America wants a queer to win American Idol and as far as that goes he's a flaming one at that. He'll never win for that reason.
You know- He is amazing- then I got thinking, he sounds no different than the screaming lead singers of the 80s hair bands like Sebastian Bach, Poison, Motley Crue.
His vocal limitations were pronounce when he tried to cover "whole lotta love". It was obvious he could not top Robert Plants vocal range and basically rendered him a frontman of a hair band.
Boring actually since they all suck and will suck anyway.

no you are not the only person that cant stand him, when I see him i cringe. he gets under my skin like no one ever has before, and the fact that so many people are blind to the fact that the only talent he has is screaching uncontrollably is even more annoying than looking at him, he is not american idol winner material, he would do better on broadway or performing in a vegas act- and whether he wins or not, i do not think he will have successful albums, the music he puts out will not appeal to the majority, people are facinated by how different he is than anyone on any other season, but different does not mean succcessful. GO KRIS ALLEN, he shines, he has real talent, and his album will be a SUCCESS

Oh, I loove Adam. He's so talented. Few have his range. Love that he is his ole flamboyant self! He said he and Danny are far apart on everything they believe, so they agree to disagree. Danny and Kris are ultra fundamentalist and it's been hard on Adam. Hope traditional conservative America will let him win. He's amazing.

Love Adam and want him to win! He should win, he has been the most consistent and exciting performer. If he lost to Kris that would be livable but if Danny won that would be inexcusable. Gah.

Let me just say I think Allison should have been one of the final three if not - the AI title. She was way beyond her age & had KILLER vocals. And at her age? Come on! She was by far the best in retrospect.
Thoughts on the remaining three: Adam - He is extremely talented. I give him that. He's got vocals that are mad crazy. But it's almost too much of an act. Granted this is the entertainment business & that's what he does very well. He can also sing too, but it seems like his acting has to compensate for lack of singing. Not that he can't sing, he just likes to scream a lot. Lastnight's session was like a train wreck. I've seen him do SO much better (ex: Smoke Robinson). I think they gave him too much credit lastnight. Danny - loved him from the first time I heard him. He has got one of those unique voices that's very soothing. While I don't see him as an 'Entertainer', he does posses the 'chops' to be a good studio recording artist. He just really doesn't have the creative artistry mojo that Adam & Kris have. KRIS - While at first I didn't think much of him, now I LOVE him! He's got musicality; a great voice & isn't bad on the eyes. He truly sings & not screams (adam). He has the ability to take another song & OWN IT! Last nights performance was no different. I've never even heard that song he sang by Kangay before. And to hear it coming from Kris for the first time, made me LOVE it. Even Randy, who has heard Kangay's version said he liked Kris's better. Oh - this is going to be good, but I sincerely hope that Kris takes the title of AI winner.
Adam is overrated. All he does is screech. I prefer Kris, but it's all but given that Adam will win this.
Of course, you want the contest to be over, Perez - the only reason you're even backing him is because he's a fellow mo…you're SOOOOOOOOO lame (and so is Lambert) - Kris Allen is the REAL talent on that show!
I was flipping the channels last night and came across his performance. Yeah this guy is Rock Star material! More like "DRAG QUEEN MATERIAL" The entire time I was watching him i was thinking future drag queen. I am a gay guy but can't stand flamers. They are in a class all of their own. This guy should be auditioning for a show in Las Vegas for drag queen impersonators.

People will pay to see him in concert because he is a born performer, not many singers can sing live anymore and perform on a stage like Adam. Adam doesn't scream, he emotes with incredible control. Screaming is what Danny did at the end of "Dream On".

I'm not a fan of ANY of these three, but Adam is simply beyond awful. It's like watching bad high school musical theater. Adam won't win because his talent is less than either of the other two. I liked Allison but I say Gokey takes the crown on this bitch.
Don't get too cocky perez. Adam should win. He deserves to win. But that dosen't mean he will win. Chris Daughtrey should have won too but he didn't. What is a certainty is Adam will have one hell of a career regardless if he wins or loses.

I love Adam and so does everyone I know that watches the show. While the other two are really talented as well, they don't have the unique "it" factor that Adam has. Adam has had this competition locked up from the start. He gives a solid performance every week, all other competitors have been hit 'n miss.

Adam is AMAZING@! He is so talented and has entertained us all season. He has earned the Idol crown. Vote Adam@! I am also proud of Adam because I work for the VA and while Adam was home he went to Miramar to sing for the troops and their families. He also visited the kids at his high school drama and signing departments and went back to the performing arts center where he started performing. He is truly the most talented and should win American Idol Vote Adam!

As a true musician, I can tell you that Kris is much more musically talented than Adam is. Adam has talent for sure. However, his screeching vocal is a one-trick pony. He does it every time and is becoming shrill. He ruined the melody line of One by U2. The original is brilliantly crafted and can hardly become better. Adam proved that. He turned something amazing into something barely recognizable like a kids face and a cheese grater.

Kris has the ability to write music and turn a horrible song into something better. With songs that are already written well, he knows just to leave them as they are. He gives respect to the musicians that created the art. Adam has butchered U2, Queen, AND Johnny Cash. I hope America gets over this fleeting love affair and realizes true music crafting skills.

This season seems to possess the most talented people that have ever existed on the American Idol stage. Although the other seasons all possessed one or two or even three people that were really good, this season had much more than that. I think Adam Lambert is the most talented person (or at least vocalist) ever on American Idol. If those ignorant bigots want to separate the man from the talent, they can do that, but it won't stop this man from outselling the other artists. Adam has incredible vocals with great connection and projection, knows who he is, and most importantly the minute he opens his mouth, you know it's him singing (originality). I am not star struck, but would definitely head to the store when his CD comes out.
Adam Lambert should win, followed by Danny Gokey as runner-up. Kris Allen has a common voice and sounds like every other open mic frontrunner trying to make it in the industry.
I hardly think the amount of *Ebay items* for a person is evidence people love someone more. There could be ONE wack fan out there making various items with Adam, but 60 fans who have autographs of Kris.

At least with Kris, he has the Maroon 5/Fray appeal. Personally, I don't dig that music as much. I definitely appreciate the artistic integrity of those artists however. Adam is nothing but Corporate Rock gone wrong. Mark my words, Kris Allen will be around much longer than Adam Lambert will. People who do theatre normally cannot cross over into other mediums. This is one of those cases.
Adam is not goog looking..he has horrible acne and wears so much nasty make up. Kris is okay but Danny is BY FAR the best and deserves to win. Danny has a nice voice that you can actually enjoy. I don't enjoy listening to someone screaming and I think most people would agree. Adam needs to GO HOME. I am sick of Perez only posting on Miss Cali, gay rights and Adam. This is not a good celeb gossip site anymore.

Adam has admitted many times that the arrangements for the music that he's performed were not of his own creation. They were thought up by another person. He admitted to it live on AI. Kris has more appeal to mainstream america over the radio. Think about clear channel and cumulus… what's more appealing to them at this point in time? It's a solo battle of the bands based off popular vote and is not a true battle of talents. It's basically "how many friends do I have?" on a larger scale.

Watching the judges comments on him and praise, then criticize people for being over the top makes me think this show is nothing but a fix. I seriously don't know how week after week they have no criticism for his theater acts, it's insulting. I just don't appreciate the fact that Von whoever was "self-indulgent" while Adam is the best thing since sliced bread to the judges panel. It's almost like they want Kris and Danny to fail and want Adam to win. And you are dead on about he shows no restraint. An artist shouldn't shove their "best stuff" down your throat every chance they get. An artist shows multiple sides of their art and adapts and changes over time. Lambert has shown none of that. It's been the same every week. This is the first time I've really sat down and watched a season, and if he wins, it will probably be my last.

It's about how well you can create something. He hasn't really created anything. He's just been shown what to sing and where by the person that has created his cover tunes. Trust me, I've been in music for a long time and know what originality is. This is not it. Kris has more originality in him than Adam. Even Gokey has more in him than Adam. Going with one singing technique over and over is not original. It's lazy.
