Springsteen Deals With More TicketScum!

Fans who shelled out big $$$ to see Bruce Springsteen in concert on May 18th in Washington D.C. have found themselves ticketless!
Ticket reselling giants TicketsNow, who are owned by Ticketmaster, sold a number of "premium seats" to Springsteen fans, but oversold the concert in the process!
Shady!!!!!!!!!
This isn't the first time Springsteen has run into trouble with TicketsNow and Ticketmaster. When the tickets went on sale for his new tour back in February, buyers were automatically redirected to the TicketsNow website if the fan's seating selection was sold out on Ticketmaster!! And paid up 3x the price for the tix!
Not okay!
The premium ticket holders whose seats were oversold in D.C. have been offered both refunds and tickets for The Boss' show in the cheap seats, but the whole debacle could have been avoided so easily!
Down with Ticketmaster!

ITS EVEN WORSE! if you were scammed at first you had the ability to get cheaper tickets, now they are trying to send us with worse seats to hershey park and pay the marked up value as well! you dont even get to keep what you payed for!

How is that even legal? The government needs to step in and do something about this ticket business.
This guy was a patient of mine for about 8 months back in '03 or so, so let me tell you a couple of things about him: He'd come in and whine about the pressure of stardom, and the disconcerting aspects of constant traveling, etc, typical celeb shit. I'll save the details of his sexual….peculiarity for another time, but more than anything, he was always insecure about money. Boss wanted to get payed, and always thought people were ripping him off. He even talked about how it would be justified to pull just such a scam on his fans, since they'd just go ahead and pay up anyway. He referred to TM as "the devil," and was always indicating his belief that he needed to "dance with the devil" in order to achieve his massively inflated financial goals. This guy is an insecure headcase, and I'm telling ya, he and TM are laughing at you while they wait in line at the bank to make their deposits. Bitch still owes me money, too; never paid for his last two sessions….
What to solve all this mess?? Stop supporting artists like him who do business with TM; or who dare to charge upwards of $250.00 for 'special deluxe seats". Sure, you don't get to see your hunky dory or aging rock star play their calcified hits once again, but it will send a friggin message. NO MORE OVER PRICED SHOWS!!

Bruce has no say in who an arena does business with. If he wants to play a certain venue then whoever the venue wants to tell the tickets is who he has to put up with. The only other option is to sell the tickets himself. Others have tried and it didn't work.
His tickets are $95 and under, not $250. You must be thinking of U2, or the Stones, or….well just about anyone else.

hell yeah down with ticketmaster. They are shady money hungry monopoly. No other national ticket venue is available and they take full advantage of it. Every concert that is "sold out" on ticketmaster will have like 200 tickets available at three times the price on ticketsnow. that's some crap!! should NOT be allowed. So ticketmaster is allowed to buy their own tickets and then up the price. Please some rich person open another national ticket co. so we can never buy from tickmaster again!
Ticketmaster needs to quit "selling out" to tickets now. How is it legal for them to buy the tickets they are supossed to be selling and then up the price? They are a monopoly and it should be stopped. Please some rich person open a new national ticket co. And $10 a ticket tickmaster charges?? What is that?? can you imagine how much money ticketmaster is making?? B.S. and there is nothing we can do about it except not go and I'm not missing my concerts
