R-Patz: The Birthday Party Details!
Seksi Robert Pattinson turned 23 on Wednesday and the Twilight star partied it up with his friends and co-stars by his side, especially spending a lot of time with Kristen Stewart.
So what did the hottie do for his birthday?
R-Patz celebrated in Vancouver, British Columbia, where they are filming New Moon. He started his night at the Glowbal Grill & Satay Bar with his friend Sam Bradley.
Kristen is said to have arrived a bit later with her brother tagging along.
One source tells Life & Style that “Throughout the evening, Rob definitely chatted with Kristen the most, despite the fact that other New Moon cast members attended the party.”
Also pAArtying it up with Rob was Ashley Greene and co-star Jamie Campbell Bower.
They all reportedly stayed until midnight to sing him Happy Birthday and then headed back to their hotels.
Hopefully Pattinson had fun, cuz his birthday party sounds kinda boring to us!

His parents and friends were there. It was a work night. Like he needs to have some crazy shindig in Vegas or something. Birthdays are overrated. I don't think he is so attention starved that he needs a big to do. Anytime with him would be nice, I don't need a party. Just a one on one!

Kristen and Robert have not had a moment of privacy in Vancouver, because they are be so closely followed. There are GROUPS of fans who are literally spending all day twittering what they see, they even take shifts, they are being horrible to them. But I don't think Kristen has a bf anymore- as others have said, several reliable sources have confirmed that Kristen uses the back garage entrance to Rob's hotel and spends the night often. If you believe Ted Casablanca at E!onlines's Awful Truth, they've had something for awhile now, but Summit wants to keep it under wraps for fear Rob's fans will turn on him for not being single and they hate Kristen. Summit looked the other way initially thinking they were just having a fling, but it's turned serious and now Summit's shitting bricks. Robert left his party with his parents-and Kristen in the middle of the parents last night, all cozy. They are together.
He said he had lots of fun on his Twitter, and thanked all his fans for wishing him happy birthday. Also, I'm sure a quiet relaxing evening among friends was fun for someone who is chased 24/7 by fans and the media.

What amuses me is how people are so obsessed with this guy's personal life. First of all, he and Kristen are playing 2 teens who are obsessively and possessively in love, in the books, Edward and Bella are inseperable, so that will be shown in these movies. And all these movies are being filmed back to back, so they are often in each other's arms and eyes. With how close the characters have to be, it seems like it might be a little difficult to turn it off after the cameras stop rolling.
So it would not be a surprise to me if they wind up together as a couple, and really, it's no one else's business.
He is pretty yummy, but reality says that he is out of the reach of all the girls who want him.

He seems like a really nice guy. You know, initially I fell in love with Edward, the character he played Edward and I searched the net looking for Edward. When I found Rob with his British accent, no make up, and smoking, I was disappointed; I wanted Edward. Then I started paying attention to what Rob was saying and doing, and I found out that he really is a great guy. He's no Edwards, but he is ROB…different, but a really cool guy. Edward is gorgeous…he's perfect in every way. Rob's not perfect, but neither am I, and the main thing: Rob is real, imperfections and all.
