Specifically, KK says she "would probably get my boobs done after I have kids. I think every woman needs a good lift after they have kids" because every woman can definitely afford that! Doesn't your insurance cover it?
We don't know what's scarier: Kim having kids or Kim's blatant lack of reality?

I've breast-fed 2 babies, and I absolutely don't need any breast lift. After finishing breast-feeding, my breasts simply returned to their pre-pregnancy perfect size and shape. Pilates helps also.
