Jennifer Aniston's new film, Management, is a FLOP!
Management, which opened in 212 theatres this weekend, TANKED with a PATHETIC $1,783 per screen average, for a $378,000 opening! \
Angels & Demons had a $13,600 per screen average, Star Trek had an $11,140 per screen average and even the 3 week old Wolverine had DOUBLE the per screen average.
To be fair, the nerd-factor movies will always do better than any other movie release and she was up against three. But even still, Jen, you have got to start picking movies that people actually would want to see you in. Or else you might as well give Angelina your career too, since she took everything else.

I didn't hear about this movie. Maybe it flopped not because of the acting but because no one heard about it! That should not fall on Jennifer Aniston. This is a sweet little indy film that did not have a lot of promotion and was released in a limited fashion. She is really good in the movie.
Most of her movies do make money.

"Boys Don't Cry" was an indie film, an IMPORTANT film for LGBT's, Hilary Swank was amazing and had dozens of awards - it took in a whopping $11 million. Period. Just because it's an unannounced indie film (which has more meaning these days than box office hits), doesn't mean it did badly.

I believe she can act, but how well I don't know. She doesn't take changes with her career. I did see part of Derailed and liked her in that movie. She wasn't playing a 'good girl' and I think she's better at being bad. After a while the 'good girl ' image gets boring. I'm not a fan of hers, but I'd like to see her do more with her career. She's getting too old to keep playing these romantic comedies with these 20 something women.
