And you should never keep one waiting!
Mariah Carey's new film, Precious, hit the Cannes Film Festival Friday night and everyone was walking the red carpet in style. Everyone except for Mooriah, who was kept at her hotel to wait for the film's director Lee Daniels, which forced her to be unfashionably late by an hour.
And she was none too happy about it!
A source observed the tension between the filmmaker and star at the movie's after-party. "She was really sweet to everyone there, but you could see there was tension between her and Lee, and Nick didn't seem that pleased, either."
Oh, no! The last thing anyone wants is to have Nick Cannon on their bad side. Just ask Eminiem!

Re: damnnearperfect – The name of the book is "Push", but they changed the name of the movie to Precious, so it wouldn't be confused with the movie Push that came out earlier this year.
Anyways, I don't see why Perez keeps on saying "Mariah's new film". It's not like she's playing a main role. She's like what?… supposed to be a counselor or social worker, or something like that. I mean, if you want to attach a celebrity to it, then might as well say Monique's new film, since she plays a bigger role then stupid Mariah.
Anyways, can't wait to see the movie. It looks like it's going to be good. =)

What year are you stuck in…2001? She has made several films after GLITTER, and has gotten praise for her acting in WISEGIRLS, TENNESSEE, and for this movie. Seeing that this movie is not a "Mariah movie" (she just has a supporting role), and the film has received positive press, I'm sure quite a number of people will go and see it.
