Katie Price took to her official Twitter page to disclose that she will be "sueing" for wrongful stories about her split with husband Peter Andre.

MissKatiePrice says:

"Please dont believe everything you read in the press theres lots of newespapers an mags ill be sueing when im back."

Sueing?

We hope she's using the British spelling of these words!
