Miz Hilton is heading to court!
A Miami judge is refusing to toss the lawsuit that claims Paris broke her contract with the producers of her 2006 flick Pledge This! by not adequately promoting the DVD release.
Worldwide Entertainment Group are suing Hilton for $8.3 million in damages!
The trial is scheduled to begin on June 8th, and the court will decide whether or not the heiress was unable to promote the film because she's "the single busiest person on the planet" (at least according to Paris' lawyer Michael Weinstein) or because she totally hated the movie.
The court will also have to figure out whether or not Hilton's plugs would have actually helped DVD sales of the flick.
Not so sure.

If she had a contract to promote this LAME movie and she did not promote it, she should be sued.
