According to reports, Sluttyiena Miller has officially ended her relationship with adulterer Balthazar Getty and moved on to someone more like herself, C-lister Josh Harnett.
The homewrecker reportedly rushed by Hartnett's side during his hopitalization last month and they speak everyday.

Sienna Miller is not a big name in the U.S. Her face is rather ordinary and her behavior has been at times appalling. We won't embrace the likes of her. Keira Knightley is much more accessible and grounded. She has not been a wanton fool.
