Paparazzi caught up with Ray J in West Hollywood yesterday, where he enjoyed a shot or two (or seven) at Le Petit Four Restaurant. He then proceeded to his car and by the look of him, he really shouldn't have been driving.
Did he learn nothing from his sister, Brandy? Look at her career after her driving incident. She killed someone!

Drinking and driving is always wrong, but as stated in the above comments, Brandy was NOT drinking. Check your facts before putting them up on this page. She was found not guilty and the accident was due to other circumstances. JERK

to state that this man was drunk, and insinuating that brandy "killed someone" while drunk is beyond the pale perez. Brandy was found not at fault, and she was not drunk when she was involved in that accident. And as far as we can tell by these pictures he had one drink. we weren't there and we are not the police. you act like you are the judge and jury you stupid douche.

Why are so many people coming to Brandy and her brother's defense? Brandy killed a mother because she wasn't paying attention. That would make it HER FAULT and that is why Brandy is facing a 50 million dollar wrongful death lawsuit.

What a nasty thing to say. Brandy wasn't drinking or doing drugs during the accident she was involved in. The only person with drugs in their system after the accident was the person killed (marijuana in her system). Brandy is not blameless, but she did not cause the accident by drinking. To imply otherwise is shitty journalism at best.
Re: blowbot – Brandy is facing a $50 million suit because the victim's husband is greedy. If Brandy was not a celeb, he would not be suing for anything like $50 million. He is legally entitled to the amount of money his wife would have contributed to the household, as well as damages for loss of consortium for him and his children. Those damages probably do NOT even even equal $5 million. I am sorry for his loss but his suit is based on greed. He will never even see 75% of what he's asking for.

I think there's a good chance that he was drinking the same shot in all three photos. The first picture was just out of sequence and made it appear like his glass was empty and he had purchased another shot as he was drinking in the other two pictures.

Re: monkeyjena – Yes the driver died & yes Brandy was driving…BUT…she was NOT under the influence of anything AND the accident was a PILE UP, Brandy was hit from behind which caused her to hit the car in front of her! The accident was NOT her fault but because she was the person behind the driver that passed, they say she hit her from behind even though she was hit first. The driver who caused the accident was given a ticket for hitting Brandy from behind & Brandy was given a ticket for hitting the other driver from behind.
Also, the pics are of ONE shot, not several & since they don't have a pic of Ray J actually DRIVING away, we do NOT know that he was, in fact, driving. Quit making shit up Perez!
