Rip Torn Gets Off Easy!

Despite his two previous drunk driving arrests, actor Rip Torn has been given probation in his DUI case in Connecticut.
He pleaded not guilty to a charges stemming from his December arrest for driving a car intoxicated with a Christmas tree on top.
That brings the LOLs! Thankfully no one was hurt, though.
The actor will enter into an alcohol education program and even be allowed to drive once he retakes the test due to severe hearing impairment. Good!
We don't need a drunk, deaf guy on the road!
Torn is one lucky man!
