In a strange way, I'm glad she was honest about this…maybe it will bring to light more of the countless eating disorders in Hollywood and the modeling and music industries. It drives me crazy when magazines and such quote bone-thin celebrities saying that their "secret" is drinking tons of water, or some lotion, or eating organic, etc. Those are all great and healthy things, but I think it gives a skewed perspective - drinking loads of water, using the most expensive lotions, and even eating all organic will give you health but it WON'T MAKE YOU CELEBRITY SKINNY! STARVATION MAKES YOU CELEBRITY SKINNY - WE NEED TO STOP TRYING TO BE AS SKINNY AS CELEBRITIES, IT'S NOT REALISTIC OR HEALTHY! I also feel like there needs to be a major overhaul in the entire entertainment industry as to what is portrayed as the norm. INCLUDING YOU, PEREZ! Jessica Simpson got a tiny bit curvier and it seemed like all hell broke loose! It seems like rather than constantly comparing jean sizes and scale numbers we should be comparing how much veggies and little sugar we're consuming, and our personal progress in the distance we can run or the weight we can lift. skinny DOES NOT EQUAL healthy, people. I hate to say it, but gaga is right. I feel sorry for her that she is buying into the lifestyle, but she is right about the reality of it.
