Ed McMahon Won't Be Suing His Docs

Ed McMahon has dropped his lawsuit against the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for the misdiagnosis of his broken neck.
McMahon claimed back in September 2008 that the hospital failed to perform an x-ray and give the former Tonight Show co-star the treatment he needed.
Ed's attorneys have settled the issue with both the hospital and doctors for an undi$closed amount.
Desperate times call for desperate measures!

That is what is wrong with the American healthcare system…everyone is so darn sue happy! If people wouldn't sue for such ridiculous claims, physicians malpractice insurance wouldn't be so high, therefore doctors wouldn't charge as much money…duh! Some people are so ridiculous.

can you blame the man? what if it happened to you. some doctor couldn't find didn't do his/her job. just cuz you have money doesn't mean every1 can screw you and not have the right to sue. too bad for ed
his settlement amount should only be for his medical expenses and any current problems he may have for the broken neck no more and no less…..Ed has earned and spent more money than 90% of Americans will ever earn in their lifetime…. i do not feel sorry that he did not watch his money or his wife's overspending serves him right….
