In Touch is exclusively reporting a witnessed affair between actor Josh Brolin and some local trick on the set of his latest flick, Jonah Hex.
Brolin, who is married to Diane Lane, was partying out on location in New Orleans when he whisked Melissa Green off after meeting up at a bar where, according to witnesses, "Melissa sat in his lap, and they were kissing each other on the mouth. He nibbled her ears and was caressing her. He was tickling her as she wrapped her legs around him."
After leaving the bar and arriving at another location around 11:30pm, the pair didn't leave until 7:00am, with Green looking a little embarrassed.
Looks like Josh has got some explaining to do!

Which brings up a morality issue - If you were out with your married friend and they were hitting on guys/girls and looked like they were going to leave with someone (to have sex) would you just sit by and let it happen or would you say something to your friend? Would you tell their spouse? If my friend was drunk, I'd have to say something because they may be doing something they will regret later but if they were sober…well, I'm not sure what i would do.

I live in New Orleans and sadly I witnessed Josh Brolin (sticking his tongue down some girls mouth) cheating on his wife may I add that in another part of the club was a girl CRYING because he had been "with" her recently and he was ignoring her!!
Since the woman in the photo is neither of the women I saw I think it is fair to assume that is three women he has been unfaithful with here in New Orleans. I witnessed this on May 7th at Republic Night club. Mr. Brolin was in the VIP area (that is highly visible) and he was all but mauling this girl on the VIP couch… it was disturbingly inappropriate… my friends and I were making jokes about it.
