When The Hills producers insisted on finding ways to bring L.C and Heidi Montag together during season five (just like real life!), Lauren revealed, "What they didn't get is that I didn't want to fight with her anymore. It's hard to look at somebody who used to be your best friend and say, 'We can't be friends. Too much has happened.' I'm trying to move on, but they won't let me. And when someone keeps pushing you into the same position well…you get upset."
"I feel sexiest with him when I'm in sweatpants and no make-up," L.C. said about boyfriend, Kyle Howard.

its funny, bc if you rewatch all the seasons on mtv.com, you can see the show evolve from pretty much real, to completely fake from season 1-5.

Kyle Howard is not Z list, he is a hilarious and charming actor. He is awesome on 'My Boys' and was awesome on 'Grosse Point'. I always thought LC had some hidden wit and knowing she is dating him gives me hope that there is a lot underneath the gloss the reality TV.

I thought Lauren handled the call from Spencer beautifully. He is a tough one, as is Heidi and it seemed the whole 'peace' thing was done to appease Heidi's own guilty conscience. I don't think I could ever forget it if that happened to me.
