A moment in history, captured beautifully.

We will look back on Tuesday's gay marriage rally in Los Angeles and be very proud that we were able to be a part of that.

Check out the great video about the demonstration (above) - featuring lots of celebrity cameos.

You know, people might actually take you seriously if you weren't such a attention whoring clown. If you feel so passionately about this, why don't you cut the Hollywood celebrity schmoozing bullshit and do something constructive with your time. Instead of paintshoping garbage all over people's faces…use your brain and run for office or something. Of course you would have to actually EARN respect first, because if you did it now, people would think it was a fucking joke.

Honestly, you have the shittiest brown nose in Hollywood (or within the media), and it ain't pretty. See it goes like this: You=B lister/pathetic joke/schmoozer/attention whore/ 'lithper'. Anderson Cooper=Completely Awesome/wonderful/bright/ intelligent/articulate/can do no wrong. My gay friends think you are a freak.

The same goes for Shanna Moakler, who thinks she is the pedestal for truth, justice, and the American way. People might take her seriously if she had never plastered her ass all over the Playboy channel. Plus she had the nerve to go on TV needing her roots done! Ew.

Sorry, I believe that the Bible is true, and it clearly says that homosexuality is an abomination to God. You can laugh at that all you want; that's fine… but do NOT claim that you are a Christian and then ignore what the Bible says… and please do not naively say, "Jesus never mentioned homosexuality!" This is true, but the apostles did, and they wrote a great deal of our Bible under inspired authority of God. Again, if you choose to disbelieve it all, that's fine! But do not stupidly pick-and-choose which parts you want to believe. The Bible is either the inspired Word of God, or it isn't. Either reject it or accept it, but only a fool would say that they are a Christian and then reject God's Word. If you reject it, even a part of it, then you are rejecting all of it.

i disagree with california..why aprove the law then take it away all thats doing is getting everyone's hopes up and allowing them to marry then turning around and telling them it wasn't legal.wtf!!and how come its ok for a man and women to get married but not two men or two women…i'm not gay but i don't agree with this you can't marry the same sex bullshit..i believe that as long as you love someone no matter their sex or race..just like i believe that two men or two women can take care of a child who's right is it to say different on any of it..fuck the government if gays want to get married then damnit get married

Re: libbie – I am constantly shocked that there are still people like you in the world. The fact that such hatred and ignorance is still present and so vocal makes me very sad. You should be ashamed.

I lived in San Francisco for 10 years but now I am lucky enough to live in the great state of IOWA! My partner of 13 years and I are getting married on Saturday. Come on California! It's about civil rights, not fear and prejudices!

    16. 116

I'm proud of everybody who is supporting gay rights. whether you are gay or straight.
No a rally doesn't have to be "violent" to get the point across, if you have millions of voices somebody is bound to get this seeped into their brain!
Let's hope this doesn't take longer.

Gay, straight, bi-sexual. It's love, it's up to a person who they love, not the Government.

Re: poorlittlerichiegirl – that's the point i guess - gays are able to "marry" in cali - they can have a domestic partnership which has nearly every right a "proper" marriage gives.
the "marriage" fell apart, but not the domestic partnership, but the gays are screaming that they're not allowed to marry, though they are (the limits of a domestic partnership are laughable). so this looks as if they don't want the rights but they do want to call their union "marriage". or they are that uneducated that they are demonstrating without knowing that there is a domestic partnership.
(and i would have prefered if they would have tried to get "full rights" under the name "domestic partnership" but it doesn't seem as if that is going to happen - though it would have been the smartest move. guess now it's too late).

Re: GOSSIP HOG – are you serious???? I will never understand people like this. I'm not gay, I'm not american, I'm white and yet I feel that everyone should have the right to live, breathe and love as they please. Why is it ok for someone to marry for money but not ok for someone to marry for love no matter who it is with. You disgust me that you can even type such horrible things. Be at least political about it, you don't have to agree but you can get your point across without sounding like a jackass!

Perez keep fighting because eventually you will win it!

    21. 121

      Hey California,

I'm from Canada, we've accepted gay marriages equally to traditional marriages since 2005, we were the 4th country in the world to recognize same sex marriages equally.

Has this eroded the values of our churches? Nope. Has this damaged the definition of family? Nope.

Why in such a day an age in such a progressive state do we see the elected representatives like in California taking away fundimental rights from the LGBT… community!?

This is so wrong in so many ways! Come to Canada where we accept people for who they are not who they sleep with!

    22. 122

FIRST OF ALL, IT IS NOT HATE! WE JUST DO NOT AGREE WITH THE MARRIAGE UNION AMONGST GAYS…BUT YOU KNOW WHAT? GOD ALWAYS PREVAILS AND I BELIEVE YOU HAVE SEEN THAT. =)

    23. 123

I wish people would stop comparing gay "rights" to black civil rights. It's offensive. First of all,gay people have equal rights. You also had the right to civil union. You just want to redefine marriage so it will fit your alternative lifestyle, your behavior. Who cares what these immoral celebrities think? They could care less about traditional marriage, but they fight so hard for gay marriage! This country is turning into sodom and gomorrah!

    24. 124

Re: caeleste – gay people have equal rights!!!

    25. 125

why the fuck can't everyone accept everyone? it's fucking ridiculous.

    26. 126

I am glad so many people were out for that. I think everyone deserves to be happy. They could at least legalize unions so gay couples could have the same rights, even if it isnt "marriage", then gay people would be mostly happy, and the opposed could have their precious marriage (and I am a straight female, but I hate all these people who say only straight people are right and deserve marriage, I kinda feel like a gay guy trapped in a womans body b/c I am so much on gay peoples side, though I am not, more bi-curious)

    27. 127

as a christian i am embaraased by what rude and mean things people say towards gays…i don't fight for gay rights, but i don't try to put them down or hold them back either. Please anyone who reads those comments do not take that as a representaion of christians or their beliefs because people like that give christians a bad name

    28. 128

I love it Perez I check your website at least once a day and read up usually while I'm at work I'm all for equality for everyone! i'd love to have a rally here in oklahoma shake this hick town up!

    29. 129

      Nice video!
