Simon Cowell's Ex Files Restraining Order

Ex-girlfriend of Simon Cowell, TV personality Terri Seymour, just filed a restraining order against Janice Thibodeaux, her attacker outside the American Idol finale last week.
In the document, Terri claims the woman "has sought publicity for her wrongful act and stated to the media that they were intentional and that she does not regret that."
Seymour said Thibodeaux "attacked [her] from behind, putting her into a headlock, wrenching her neck and choking her with the full force of her 200 pound frame."
Terri fears that she may have been injured or killed if Janice hadn't been restrained by nearby cops and due to the publicity, will likely strike again!
That woman is insane!

A restraining order wont stop someone who doesnt care it's a peice of paper. Get a body gaurd it's not like she cant afford it. This is kinda stupid.
