While promoting Land of the Lost in Australia this week, the Anchorman himself Will Ferrell hinted that things might be in the works for a sequel.
He reveals that he is expecting to discuss ideas with Paul Rudd and Steve Carell "next week". He also wants to discuss salaries as he says: "[Because] believe me, I'm not taking a pay-cut. No way!"

"Anchorman" is one of the most underrated comedies of all time. I didn't expect much when I decided to check it out when it was on HBO, but Will Ferrell plays Ron Burgundy as the perfect arrogant schmuck with such finesse. I would LOVE to see a sequel.
