Perpetual hot mess Country Love just released a statement regarding the lawsuit in which AmEx claims she owes more than $350,000 in credit card debt.
It was coherent so you know it was given through her lawyer!
Her attorney claims, "AmEx knows the claim has no merit. We have told them this for a long time. AmEx's law policies allowed fraudulent transactions to be charged to my client's card."
Just because Courtney is (allegedly) hammered doesn't mean they are fraudulent charges!!!
