The beginning is kinda weird but the song is catchy lol
Okay, love this video, love Lady GaGa…but the comments about this resembling Madonna aren't totally accurate…if this video reminds me of anything, it's "It's My Life" by No Doubt. I dunno, I just thought the cinematic styles and themes of the videos were really similar. Loved the scene where she kills her boyfriend though, and the sinister beat during her mugshot gives me the tingles. Bravo!

this video isn't all that.. just cause it's in film format doesn't make it that much better. and her style is not right and her lyrics don't have substance. the beats in her music are great and that's what's gotten her this much attention. that and being half naked everywhere she goes.

it's embarrassing that this superficial, empty, artsy-club-kid antics pass for pop "art" nowadays.
So she's creating a commentary on all the desperate, attention seeking people out there, who live and die (or kill) by the attention of the paparazzi and media. That's incredibly ironic that you would dig that Perez, given that you are a massive, if not leading, co-conspirator in the over focus on gossip, paparazzi, etc She's a hypocrite as well. I find it funny to see someone taking a stab at "the image" meanwhile that's all she's about, and you as well.
I like Gaga, I think she's great. But to be all about superficial image and putting on a show and getting media attention, then to turn around and spoof it seems very hypocritical. I don't find it moving nor a thought-provoker. Is it beautifully shot? Yes. Is it artistic? Yes. But it means nothing, and the humorous satire and message is lost given that she's behind it and you're promoting it.
Funny and thought-provoking is Pink with "Stupid Girls" and "Sober", because she stands behind what she says and is anti-people like you Perez.
