Are the ticket sales for Beyowulf's I AM… tour in the shitter???
B's camp has announced that there will be 1,000 tickets priced at $20 a pop for each date on her North American tour!
Fans of Beyowulf can purchase the cheapie tix via Ticketmaster beginning Friday morning.
Is Miz Knowles gifting her fans with affordable tickets because she's feeling generous or because they weren't selling otherwise???

Maybe people have finally figured out that she is overrated and sucks! That song Single Ladies has got to be one the worst pieces of pop drivel to come in awhile.
i like to think that she is being generous but her tickets are hella expensive…i priced tickets for her md. show and it cost over 100 bucks for 200 level seats…i have seen alicia keys and justin timberlake both in concert for under $100 (and i ad great seats for both as well)
my guess is no one gives a shit about that selfish, materialistic, thinks she's hood, weave wearin, over inflated, big headed bitch…….
she announced she was doing this before tickets even went on sale. It was to offset the I AM package tickets that are extremely more expensive. Her concert is selling just fine shes just giving a recession friendly incentive to those who cant afford full price. Sorta like the student rush tickets on broadway
I'm no marketing genius but I have to say that this was bound to happen. Beyonce as a concept is great. The reality is, she is no icon. She had more crossover appeal as a part of the group she is trying so hard to distance herself from. Personally I think Kelly Roland has more stage appeal. The other problem is Beyowulf has blitzed the public in every possible marketable way: that shiteous clothing line, a movie every ten minutes, an album every 6-8 months, a video every other week complete with draggish choreography, etc. We have been forced fed Beyonce for the last 3 years. She needs to disappear for about 3 years. None of the real divas paces themselves as hectically as Beyonce does. Doesnt her 'people' see that?? Maybe she needs new management.

There will be more than 1,000 tickets sold at $20 each… I have a contact involved in the promotion of this tour that has told me that the best-attended concert was only 60% full. It's been a constant problem for Beyonce on this tour and they can't explain why or figure out a solution. I knew selling cheap tickets was one option they were pursuing - I wonder when they'll move on to their next strategy: quietly giving piles of free tickets to youth groups, etc. It'll happen; wait and see.
