And, her follow-up, Poker Face, just hit the 3 million mark this week!
Only two other female solo artists have had two songs top the 3 million mark - Rihanna and Katy Perry.
GaGa's album, The Fame, is in the top 10 on The Billboard 200 for the 14th week!!!!!!!

My issue with this artist is her lack of talent. She has the "originality thing" and the eccentric act down pat but the whole lack skills turns me off. Hey, Madonna made a 30 year career out of little-to-no talent, so anything can happen.
And what a sad state of affairs when this crappy singer is what kids are flocking to. It wasn't that long ago that The Dukes of Hazzard was the number one show in America. The media loved the Daisy Dukes shorts and that was enough. I think l a d y g a g a will be a party joke punch line soon enough. I've been subjected to her performances twice now (once on american idol) and she sucks.

She's nothing like Madonna! Madonna was a sex symbol in her day, Gaga isn't! Madonna is an extremely talented lyricist, Gaga isn't! Britney is far more like Madonna - she has the sex appeal, the moves, is a better lyricist than Gaga and isn't contrived - she is a natural born performer! There's nothing unique about Gaga - Madonna and Britney are both unique!

She is a marketing executive schooled more than likely from label execs or her parents. There is no real difference. Marketing people do not study how to think and sweat and really feel their passion for what it is they truly beleive to succeed. This is from a forum from a few weeks ago about the glasses shes wearin
First off I went to the 11 oclock in ny on may 2nd and it was incredible. Before the show I waited to meet Gaga because I wanted to give her the pair of sunglasses I made her and the circle scarf i got her. When she arrived she went right inside. I got to hear the soundcheck and after her soundcheck her security guard came out and said Gaga wants to meet some of her fans but she couldn't come out so he then asked me and my 3 friends to go backstage and MEET GAGA!!!!!! When we went backstage Gaga was there waiting for us and she was so incredibly nice I gave her the sunglasses and she insisted on signing them and giving them back I told her that I made them for her she said she wanted me to sign them with my name inside so when she wears them for the paparazzi and during her show she can tell people who made them. She then signed everything that I brought and took pictures and was so gracious with her time. The whole backstage journey lasted about 15 minutes. SHE WORE THE SUNGLASSES FOR her 7 oclock show she opened the show in the sunglasses and wore them until about half of lovegame. As well as performing in them at six flags Massachussetts and theres videos online of her performing them ALL TOGETHER THIS WAS THE MOST AMAZING EXPERIENCE
