You Sunk My Battleship!

Peter Berg, director of Hancock, is in talks to direct a naval action adventure based on the Hasbro board game Battleship.
The game needs two players who arrange a variety of ships on a grid. The players alternate in trying to "sink" the opposition's ships by guessing where they sit on the grid.
If the movie is anything like the game, we'll spend 90 minutes watching people call out alpha numeric phrases in frustration!
We hear the game is electronic now!
The movie definitely has potential!!!

I heard about this a couple of weeks ago……they were wondering if this is why R-Pattz was meeting Peter a few weeks ago……..they were also talking about Monopoly being a movie??????

I hope you are being sarcastic about this movie having potential. This sounds like a terrible idea. They could make movies about Don't Break The Ice too, or Candyland. Candyland at least has potential.

This movie sounds pointless. I'd played the original and the electric one, and that's basically it. Your just calling out alpha numeric phrases. I already I know the ending. "You sunk my Battleship!"
