At least, we think it is! Almost positive, actually!
Angelina Jolie was at the Berlin International Film Festival today, where she is screening her directorial debut, In The Land Of Blood and Honey out of competition, when she announced that the long-rumored project was next up for her - even though she didn't specifically call it by name!
She explains:
"I haven't acted in two years, and I haven't done anything else since this . The next thing I am looking at is a Disney movie. The best thing to find that balance is to do something that is just for children. You know, you find different ways to make things matter. When, for example, you do fun action movies, they are empowering for my daughters."
And since we've gotten word that the Luc Besson movie she had been eyeing seems to have stalled, and Maleficent recently got Robert Stromberg as a director, we think it's safe to say that the Linda Woolverton-written adaptation of the classic fairy tale is definitely where we'll see her next!

well i dont know, but i am a make up artist for a living, and i do this when i am doing eye make up. You pile loose powder under the eyes, apply eye shadow, and then sweep away the mess of falling eyeshadow, with no base touch ups to boot!

it's a make up trick… putting powder under the eyes when the foundation as been putted up first to avoid splashes of eyes shadow on the foundation. We put the powder under the eyes then when it's done you just have to take out the rest of the powder and eyes shadow. (sorry i'm french)

Because makeup artists put loose powder under your eyes before they apply eyeshadows. When the pieces fall you can brush them away with a powder brush.
For someone who wears soo much makeup, you think you would know.

****Not even close to the technique Kevyn Aucoin taught…he would never use different colors of foundations for contouring…please gets your facts straight before posting a comment this ridiculous agian…the makeup he used were highlighters + shaders (bronzer works like a charm)…poor Kevyn must be rolling over in his grave when people make references to his work that are this completely false…everyone else were dead on though about using powder under the eyes for easy clean-up****
