      My interpretation: "Lady Gaga" has a sense of entitlement over the entire music industry. She has mingled with eclectic, serious, and probably respected musicians at Tisch and there is no doubt she has had a highly musical childhood (however the complexity of her "pop" songs only speaks to good producers and sound board -whats new?) . Gaga now feels she can play the game of celebrity by creating a character so distant from her actual self that the impressionable pawns of consumerism will be automatically drawn to her like a moth to a flame because they lack the aptitude to see through her commercial scheme . These interviews are patronizing and condescending; girl from the Upper East Side with a private education can out wit the public by conjuring up a ridiculous character that stands for all that is corrupt in our society, then make people fall in love with her - she has said in previous interviews her intentions are to bring back the concept of a musical icon and to create more validity in pop music for "our" generation. Sadly, songs like 'just dance' or 'lovegame' have no double entendres and merely speak to the shallow, vapidness of our culture.
      Needless to say, she is making millions. Too bad I didn't create an insulting fame whoring, sexually exploitive alter ego first.
