Mel Gibson's girlfriend and baby mama Oksana Grigorieva is suing a web hosting company for buying the Oksana Grigorieva domain name and starting a website.
The company, DreamHost.com, is accused of "cybersquatting" by creating OksanaGrigorieva.com without Oksana's consent. Oksana filed the lawsuit with a L.A. County Superior Court, claiming the site portrayed itself to be an official domain, but also false information about her.
We tried to get to the site to see what kind of goodies we could dig up, but the site was already down.

I'm pretty sure it wasn't Dreamhost that did the squatting. Someone else simply registered the domain and set the page up through their service. They are a pretty popular hosting company. She and her lawyers probably figured they could score more money from Dreamhost than the person who actually grabbed the domain.
Dreamhost already took the page down and transferred the domain to her law firm, according to the WHOIS lookup.

Thats cause the site came with very disturbing informations about her. Like her real date fo birth with copy of the original russian birth certificate. She was born in 1960, and is therefor 49 years old, soon to be 50, and NOT 39 as she pretend.
There is no way she could have that site put down before any trail, and with no juridical backup to explain it, unless she used Mel Gibson's contacts to can do it.
