Susan Boyle once again sang I Dreamed A Dream at the finale of Britain's Got Talent on Saturday night.
And she lost!
Diversity, the dance troupe, won.
Consolation prize? SuBo did come in 2nd place.

I think shes happy she lost, i think shes been under that much pressure shes relived its all over, i think when she lost she smiled for the first time since the auditions, it all came too much for her. She'll get an album, she'll be alright, i think the dance troupe Diversity needed it more than Susan did.

Susan is fierce! America loves her, even if my British compatriots do not. I'm a big Susan fan, and I've seen first-hand how much American adores this woman. Her story is as inspirational as any. She should have won. But I suppose after Adam Lambert lost American Idol, anything is possible. Hell, I half-expect Barack Obama to lose the election now, and it was over six months ago.

i think shes been extremely overwhelmed.. and tbh waaay overrated
she was acting pretty wierd the last few minutes and only cheered up when she found out shed not won!!

Diversity deserved to win. Their routine was incredible. It was new and exciting, whereas SuBo did the same song she sang at her audition. Perhaps, Perez, you should post up videos of both acts, then let the non-viewers decide who was best.

I'm not surprised at all. I think Susan did many things wrong. First the public loved her for being a simple woman with a great voice. She should've stayed the same for the mean time of the show and stayed in a low profile. But no what did she do? Get a makeover and do interviews left and right. She was indeed stupid that in this contest its not only about your voice but also whether or not the audience likes you or can relate to you. So she did it to herself but it doesn't matter anyway because I'm sure she'll get a contract anyway.
I think Diversity were fantastic and totally deserved to win. To be honest, I think Susan Boyle looked relieved when she didn't win! I think the hype and fame had got to her.

She was really good and It's a shame that only one act wins. It's dificult to shove dancing over singing over comedy, there just too diferent. There should have been three categories and then one overall winner for the £100,000 prize! She was really gracious in accepting 2nd place (after being bombarded with press and constantly told she was bound to win it etc).
Diversity were AMAZING. the bit where they did the buzzer bit was just brilliant!!!! so creative. totally deserved it!!!!
And the least you could do Perez would be to put a video of Diversity, show people EXACTLY why Diversity won.

Just watched the Diversity performance. I saw better dancing on "America's Best Dance Crew"! They were good but did not deserve to win almost a quarter million dollars for THAT performance. Susan should have won - it was a stupid conspiracy of sad individuals who were determined to bring her down. That what jealousy does to people. Perhaps like Jennifer Hudson, SuBo will reign supreme in the end, leaving all the "winners" in her wake by a mile.

I hope she regains her energetic spirit cus she was so stressed out the past month. i'm sure she's not narrow-minded about her not being #1. she's ahead of a lot of people and her voice is heard all over the world. that means a lot more than that money and the title.
it's not all about winning but the experience you gain. i'd sleep sound at night if i knew i'd accomplished something that big. i don't see why people are so critical. you only get to live once…why be so mean
