Mel's Got Some Rock HARD Abs!

Scary Spice, Mel B. has released her own fitness video, and you could definitely tell by looking at her!

The hottie is known for her great body, though by the looks of things she's really taken it to the next level.

This weekend, Mel hosted the Us Weekly Hot Bodies Issue Release Party at TAO Beach at The Venetian in Las Vegas.

And we can only guess why she was chosen.

Girl is freakin' ripped!

And just look at those abs!!!!!

Mel strutted her stuff with her hubby by her side.

She's 34 and the mother of two. It almost looks like her abs are painted on.

Keep it up 'bb, just don't go overboard. Meaning, maybe do some less crunches and more core work!
