Cabrera Needs $$$, Selling His Home

How very sad, but completely necessary.
Ryan Cabrera has really been hit by not being a relevant artist anymore! Honestly, when is the last time you heard a song out of this guy?
Anyway, first we mentioned that he was pimping himself out through Sam's Club for birthday parties and bar mitzvahs.
But now the dude is selling his house!
According to Realtors.com, the "Villa Cabrera" is a spacious and gorgeous 3 bedroom house in the Hollywood Hills with all the amenities to keep a has-been occupied until he's forced to sell.
The asking price: $1,485,000
But seeing as Ryan is in such a tight spot, he'd probably take $1,000 and a Big Mac and be just as happy.

Watch it Perez. you shouldn't make fun of financial issues. Too many people in this world right now are worried about their jobs or lack of jobs and lack of money.
What did this guy do to you Perez? Is it really necessary to be so mean spirited and kick a guy when he is down,….twice? He is barely a celebrity anymore, isn't an attention whore, so I don't get why you would ignore a guy's existence and only put him on your blog when he fails…..so petty and mean.

It's sorta low to kick the guy while he's down. He had a couple radio hits, which is more than most singers can say for themselves. Maybe things will turn around for him and he'll have a "comeback," maybe not, but it's not like he's going to starve either way. At the very least he'll have almost 1.5 million from the sale of this house, and he won't really have to work for the rest of his life if he doesn't want to. Good for him, I say.

When Ryan had hit records, was he a jerk to people? Did he ever sell out his fans or his friends? Does he still travel around the country playing small venues, staying at bad hotels and driving his own car, just so he can play his music for people who want to see him? I understand that these days it makes u interesting and even rich and successful if u talk trash about celebrities but this story doesn't fit that. This is just the work of an untalented attention whore with a weight problem and bad skin who's made a living exploiting the worst quality in people…that side of us that makes us enjoy seeing others in pain. The last time I heard a song out of him…lets see his album The Moon Under Water was released May 2008, and a duet with Josh Kelley "Tell It Like It Is" was only released last month. Do your homework Perez.

Ok, the first one about Sam's Club was actually funny, but making fun of someone's financial problems is getting to be a little arrogant and rude. Why don't you think about the people who can't even afford to live in a house right now and laugh at them aswell? Because that's basically what you're doing. How about you get a little self respect yourself because last I checked making fun of people who aren't as rich as you isn't hilarious. One day maybe you'll be slapped back into reality too. The listing itself on Realtor has been on there for 200- something days (stated above the map) And just because he put his house on the market a year ago - doesn't declare anything about his financial situation…

I have met him four times and he has been nothing but sweet and treated us as if we have known him for years. People do have off days no ones perfect. I bet you know that better then anyone. Ok so here it goes. He has been out of the lime light for a few years. But, he released The Moon Under Water last year on his own:payed, wrote and promoted it himself. He tour with josh kelley ,The Tell It Like It Is Tour, for a few months to full or sold out shows. And no he didnt open for josh they did a simone and garfunkle tour. They wrote a singal together and sing it together "Tell it like it is" on i-tunes now. Josh and ryan will be touring together again in september . Ryan is tour still on his own so check his myspace out. And his new cd is due out early 2010. So please put some time in to someone before you judge them or cut them down. Like i said one of the most down to earth, gernally nice person and a sweet heart. He trys to keep his fan's happy without selling his soul to do it. He isnt on a major label but is still working for what his love's. So youtube him sometime……

Wow, since when does being a "has-been" include working, creating music, and touring? He's working hard to do what he loves which is making music and playing it for his fans.
