90210's David Silver May Be Moving To One Tree Hill

Following in the footsteps of Nick Lachey, yet another washed-up teen sensation may be joining the cast of the CW's One Tree Hill - Brian Austin Green!

The former 90210 and Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles star won't be playing himself, though.

Green is in talks to join the show as a series regular and play the character of Clayton, "a brash sports agent who represents Nathan Scott's basketball interests and has become a close friend, ally, business partner and advisor to him while also enjoying the spoils that come from being a wealthy, handsome single guy."

Eh.

Does anyone still watch this show???

I actually never watched the show until the season before last when they were all out of high school and stuff. I probably won't watch it now that the two best characters are gone. That show is going to tank now.

lookie here, I live in Wilmington, NC (where the show is filmed) and around here and all of NC this show is a must-see show. We love OTH more than we ever loved Dawson's. What other show has done a flash-forward 4 years and the reinvention work?? OTH is going to for SEASON SEVEN! And of the 7, this will be the 3rd after the fast forward. It's an awesome show and continues to be renewed so obviously people love it as much as I do!

i'm such a huge fan of this show. i'm disappointed that chad michael murray and hilarie burton left, but mark schwan and the other producers have always worked miracles with whoever they bring in. i'm not too worried.

It's a horribly written series. I have no idea why I even watched it in the first place. There are some storylines that kept me interested, but certain ridiculous plot points just completely ruin the rest of the storylines. The worst is when they add a "horror" element (ie. Peyton's brother who turned out to not be her brother.). I like some of the actors and they definitely kept me watching, but it can only get you so far when the writers write like 12 year olds.

Not totally sold on Brian, but ill reserve judgement until i actually see him on the show.
Some crazy Chad Michael Murray fans may be lashing out and calling it "the worst" but if he had signed on for next season they would be singing a different tune, lol.

Perez, how can he be "washed up" and still working at the same time? The BAG hate is just a little much, especially for a grown-ass man. He's still got it going on!! I live in NC and can barely stand this show, (the reruns on SoapNet kill my weekend mornings) even though it's cool to see points of reference on screen. NOW I might actually watch it if he's going to be on there!

mabye West Hollywood might not all watch the show but middle America does. Still this new role should be promising for Brian and not so temporary as the recent roles he's done. And I'll watch the show more so hopefully with the One Tree Hill ratings go up if he's on there will have him do a guest spot on 90210. He's Kelly and Erin Silver's stepbrother, and he needs to confront Donna about the divorce.

I never thought much of these guys but even since I saw Domino, I realized him & Ian Ziering don't take themselves too seriously, and so, I have new found respect for them. See 2005's Domino starring Keira Knightley and Mickey Rourke and you'll get it to.

One Tree Hill is really pretty amazing. I've watched it from season 1 right the way through and admit that it began to get unmisable when season 5 started. Although Chad and Hilarie have left I think it could still do good, Mark has done it once he can do it again!
