No, this isn't a joke and two of the stars of Twilight are actually partaking in this insanity.
Ever wanted to trap yourself in an enclosed space with 1,000 other Twilight fans and freeze your ass off while circling Alaska?!
Then pack your bags and whip out your wallets because your dreams can come true!
There is an actual Twilight Cruise ready to set sail in 2010 that leaves from the novel's beloved state of Washington and circles around Alaska and British Columbia. For a very steep price, you can embark on this seven day cruise and rub elbows with fellow fans and stars Ashley Green and Kellan Lutz, or as they are now known as, Alice and Emmett Cullen.
The itinerary promises to include autograph sessions, a charity auction, and a costume ball.
This sounds just…awful!
But we can guess it will bring in mucho dinero! Nowadays, shove the word Twilight on anything, even a boat, and girls will be running from every direction.

okay, i'm a huge twilight fan and all, but there is no way in HELL i would pay for that! i will not be trapped on a boat with a ton of crazy lunatics stalking these two people for a week. ugh. this sounds like a nightmare! i cannot believe that ashley and kellan agreed to do this, but then again, the pay must be totally worth it.

as much as i love twilight and am a huge fan of it, has anyone actually been in a room with a whole bunch of twilighters? completely one dimensional, they know one thing, and one thing only. twilight. sure, maybe it'd be fun, but for a day after that, it's like listening to a song on repeat, it's good the first couple times but by the seven thousandth time, it's no good and you want to bring the radio in the bath with you.
seriously, look at harry potter, they haven't done any of that and they are one of the most successful franchises, ever. take a page from their book. less is more.

These two are MUCH hotter than Kristen and Rob. Kellan actually doesn't need the abs painted on and Ashley is flawless.
Having said that, though the characters are "important" they aren't the main characters and therefore seems a bit silly.
They are both better looking than K&R. But any self respecting actor like their so called leads wldn't do it. Twilight fans are pathetic.

alaska is only freezing in the winter. if this is a summer cruise, which is more than likely is, the weather is nice, in the mid 60s usually. and there are up to 20 hours of daylight per day in june. just fyi. not to mention the state is BEAUTIFUL. don't diss alaska.

Any REAL Twilighter would think this sounds like a lot of fun! I would love to go…and Alice and Emmet are my favorite characters. Also, it sounds a lot better than blowing a whole paycheck on one night of clubbing, getting so pissed drunk and emabarrassing the crap out of everyone and not remembering anything! The cruise would be a lot of fun, especially going with all my sisters, who are all big fans too, and it'd be something we'd NEVER forget.

Many of you Debbie-Downers should have read what the cruise was all about. My four friends and I are going on the cruise. We are staying in a Veranda Estate Room which is 7 days, plus we are going on the pre-cruise to the famous, Forks, Washington. Most of everything is enclusive, granted there are things my friends and I will have to pay for but an Alaskan cruise couldn't get any cheaper than 1,700 dollars for a 12 day, 11 night cruse/pre-cruise.
Wanna-be-Paris isn't telling you there would be whale watching, cliff diving, horse back riding, trivia nights (which you could win awesome prizes) and other fun things which are included with the cuise. It's just a bonus that the actors will be on board. It may seem like an over whelming amount of money but you have a year to pay it off. Oh… well more fun for us!
