Is there some sort of Guinness World Record for the most number of times a douchebag's been arrested?
If so, Paul Baldwin from New Hampshire is definitely a contender!
The "drain on society" has been arrested 152 times with his record dating back to 1984.
And this weekend marked Baldwin's 153rd arrest!
The reason?
Allegedly punching a guy in the face.
According to police, some of the 153 arrests weren't criminal, instead they were times when he was taken into custody.
As for his arrest this weekend, it came just a week after being released from jail after serving a one-year sentence on a felony theft charge.
Idiot!
Baldwin is currently being held in jail on bail until his next court hearing later this month.
So, when will arrest number 154 take place? Shall we guess July?

This happened in the town next to me..the local courts called him a leech on society….he has already been released lol ….glad I live over the bridge in Maine and am not paying the taxes to keep arresting and processing this guy…they should just keep him in jail that way maybe he will get sober and actually contribute to society

He is a nuisance to society and should dumped on a deserted island with a bunch of other douche bags and they will have to fight it out to survive! Either that or the death penalty for being useless and a drain to communal resources. He obviously is beyond repair, yet he continues to receive the finest health care around, at the tax payer's expense, due to his numerous stints in jail. Everyone thinks I am being harsh, but wait until someone you know is a victim of his ignorance ie. drunk driving, robbery gone bad, rape, random act of violence. Criminals have more rights than law abiding citizens in this country. California talks about cutting education, law enforcement, and parks, but never once talks about reducing health care costs, and other costs, for the prison system.

THIS GUY came up to us on our stoop last weekend! He was wasted… and being really shady - said he couldn't go home because his wife beats him. We couldn't get him to leave us alone… it was very weird. He's from Portsmouth.

Mark David Allen- He has been arrested close to 500 times- mostly for drunk in public. He's from CA.
Recidivism rates continue to escalate for certain individuals who have been iin the criminal justice system since their juvenile days. It can be really difficult to "phase out" or "age out". Trust me–I am a probation officer and I see this daily.
