Caught On Film! Jon With His Ladyfriend On Kate's Birthday

Pictures have surfaced of Jon Gosselin's trip to Utah with his 23-year-old mistress on Kate's birthday, back in March!
Jon was unsurprisingly absent from his "wife's" birthday celebration, which was featured on the latest episode of Jon and Kate Plus 8.
Gosselin explained his absence in an on-camera interview: "I went out to Utah for, like, five days… I just wanted to get back out there and ride with my friends. It just happened to fall on Kate's birthday."
The photos of Gosselin and Hummel were taken on March 28th at the Spring Gruv in Park City, Utah where the two lovebirds were "close and chatty," according to ski resort patrons.
"There wasn't any making out or handholding," a fellow vacationer told Us Weekly. "But there was that whole girly-smiley-chatty thing. She didn't seem like somebody he'd just met. It seemed like two people having a great afternoon."
Hmm!
Gosselin and Hummel later retreated to the ski resort's bar where spies caught the two "curled up in one of the booth seats" cuddling with each other.
And surprise surprise, Jon was trashed!
He reportedly "just looked different. He was so smashed, his eyes were barely open," according to an onlooker.
Put down the booze, Jon!

I don't know why people are surprised Jon is being seen with another woman. According to Kate's brother and sister-in-law, Kate ended the marriage six months ago and gave Jon permission to see others (but privately and that is where it all blew up). Of course the original plan had been to keep pretending they were still together so the show could go on and the money could keep rolling in. Jon has said he wants to end the show, but Kate is loving every minute. Why should he make himself available for Kate's b-day? For the cameras? For the audience?

My advice to "young Jon" would have been to wait to have kids and to not bow down to Kate's pressure for children. To all you 20-somethings, the kids will be there when you're in your 30's. Enjoy your 20's, that's what they're there for. Work on your career and have fun. The rest will come later. I really think Jon got married and had a family too young. He never had the chance to go out and party and get it all out of his system. Fast forward 10 years and this is the result. What a mess.
