Ciara is a waaaaaaaaay better dancer than Britney ever was. Especially now that all Britney does is lazily walk around the stage. I think Ciara is one of the best dancers that is in the pop scene right now. She has great isolation and strength.

It's mainly because she's wearing high heels and they elevate her and push her forward while she leans backwards. If she didn't have them on, I doubt she could go that low.

Nah, it's not the same. In the video you notice when she goes down, her feet are sideways. If she were to keep them straight while wearing sneakers with her feet flat on the ground, she'd fall. The heels push her up and forward, making it easy to go really low.
