Apparently, a group of Clay Aiken fans were still angry over the whole Clay vs Adam Lambert showdown, probably because everyone sided with Adam.
So they started a vicious rumor about the recent American Idol runner-up and it spread like wildfire all around the Internet. They reportedly told MSNBC that Adam was a grade-A, crazy diva, confessing he was "rude" to everyone he met on his publicity tour.
Haters are going to hate, but Clay Aiken fans are gonna mess with your reputation.
Watch out, Adam! They might try and strike again!

The minute I saw it on your website and others, I emailed wondering why these stupid rumours weren't checked out before media starting proliferating them. I'm a dermatologist, but live in the Midwest…otherwise I'd love to help Adam. The only thing that will help Adam is a carbon dioxide laser…no cream or chemical peel can smooth out the icepick scars.
Anyway, stop being haters and focus on his music and gorgeous voice. He'll visit the dermatologist when he's ready, and he will have his pick of the best in LA or NYC. CO2 laser treatment require a lot of down time and he'll be out of commission for a few weeks…but it'll be worth it.
Adam Lambert has been nothing but gracious and nice to everyone — including the people he was competing with on American Idol — so I totally don't believe he turned into a diva. Clay Aiken is just desperate because his AI moment is almost over. Look at the past winners and runners up — there's only a couple of people, Adam, Carrie Underwood, Jennifer Hudson, maybe Fantasia and Daughtry — who are going to hae long- lasting careers as a result of that show…
