Coca-Cola To Release Green Tea Cola, Late To The Game

Coca-Cola will be releasing a green tea flavored Coke in Japan next week.

According to a spokesman, the cola "contains tea antioxidants called catechins, leaves a slight green tea aftertaste and is mainly targeted at health-conscious women in their 20s and 30s."

Green tea cola is nothing new, though! That stuff has been around for a while now!

And it's quite tasty!

What's a little more exotic is Pepsi's answer to Coca-Cola's green tea soda - basil flavored cola!

Coca-Cola can remove tar and gunk from cars and rot nails…what makes anyone think adding green tea to the mix is going to make it healthy? It'll probably still be loaded with sugar, preservatives, caffeine and God knows what else…Straight green tea would be SO much better for your body.

mmm i love green tea coke and the one wirh added vitamins too but im not drinking fizzy juice any more (i had like 6 fillings last week!!) antioxidants are v good for the body they help 'mop' up free radicals which cause cancer.
