Joel & Nicole Upgrade Their Living Situation

Much like the Jeffersons, Nicole Richie and Joel Madden are moving on up!
The couple are leaving their Glendale home in "The Valley" and moving over to this side of the hills, to ritzy part of Beverly Hills.
And the place is gorgeous!
It's a 4 bedroom and 5.5 bathroom house in the Laurel Canyon area. It has a lagoon pool, enormous eat in kitchen, guesthouse/screening theatre, and is completely and privately hidden behind huge gates.
A celebrity paradise indeed.
The couple paid close to $2 million for the property.
We expect that the duo and their growing brood will be very happy there.

Yes it does look nice and simple and not over priced. Thank God they didn't buy Britney Spears yeast infected house, that is laced with the Pink EYE, her boys caught while living there while it was alleged they were playing with the dogs and got infected that way, but we all know they caught it from Britney and her many lovers at the time, or from her paps friends. LOL Perez! How long have you lived in LA? Laurel Canyon is neither ritzy nor Beverly Hills. It's probably about the same socioeconomic class as Glendale (that is, upper middle) and is a good 4-5 miles from Beverly Hills.
Very nice house…great square footage. But I would really expected a much nicer kitchen than that…but then again, maybe it's better than the picture suggests.
