I just finished watching The Reader less than an hour ago - weird. She was brilliant in it. Fab actress, and I love her chatty honesty. Yay Kate!
I like it as she is so straight talking, and went about this the right way, not too vulgar because she said it in light humour. She isn't taking herself too seriously, which I just love! New found respect for her!!

I will always love Kate, but it seems like (lately) she's way too into herself. She's always trying to prove that she's "fat", working class and down to earth…look honey….you ain't any of those things anymore! I have to agree with the people who say they miss the days when we could just let our hair grow. I'm pushing sixty, so messing with the shape of my bush is pointless. No one is going to see it other than me, my doctor, and perhaps bedmites. My armpits on the other hand do get seen by co-workers, neighbors, and the like. I HATE shaving my pits. I stopped for a while, but people actually looked at me like I had not showered for a week, if I raised my arm and they saw I had pit hair. What a pain.
