While we STILL await Adam Lambert to officially out himself, his friends have no problem doing it for him.
Like Kris Allen.
The American Idol winner spoke about his bud's personal life and applauds him for being exactly who he is.
"Adam is who he is and he's not afraid. I support him in whatever he does," says Allen
Oh, and in case you were wondering, Kris just thinks Glambert's BF Drake LaBry is perfect for his fellow Idol pal, calling him a "really nice guy".
He goes onto explain that despite their differences, the duo make a "cool combination": "Drake's from Louisiana and Adam is from L.A. But they click well and they're really nice together."
That's nice to hear. We'll continue to watch the cute couple shop and commiserate in front of the cameras while still keeping hush, hush about actually dating. At least until this Wednesday, when Adam's coming out interview in Rolling Stone…comes out!

If you've been watching AI Season 8 you would know that Kris never cared about press or exposure. He's just into music. Reason why I like him. He was asked about Adam and his BF, he gave his answer.
