That's not even real lolita. And definitely NOT gothic lolita. The shiny material is tacky and the skirt does not conform to the cupcake shape that is the hallmark of lolita dresses. Just because she's wearing a lacy dress in Japan does not mean she's dressing lolita.
As far as the makeup goes- it doesn't even look like she's wearing any. It just looks like she just got out of the sun beds and went to work. I see absolutely NO ganguro inspiration at all.
