Singer Lauryn Hill has cancelled her European Tour dates due to mental health reasons.
Goodbye, comeback!!!
The former Fugees singer was scheduled to headline The Stockholm Jazz Festival along with performances in Greece, the Netherlands, Poland, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, France, and Austria.
Hill's agent would not elaborate on the health issues.
The reclusive singer has been known to bring the crazy!
We wonder what else is wrong with her!

I just got Miseducation of Lauryn Hill a few weeks ago and I had forgotten what a brilliant woman she is. But she's crazy as a fucking loon! I wish she would get he shit together. Did she ever give her most recent child a name?

It is obvious that NONE OF YOU have a close family member with mental illness. Because if you did, you would know how horrible it is to watch your loved one fall victim to an illness they did not ask for. So all of you who are slinging words like LUNATIC, CRAZY, SICK IN THE HEAD, ETC…ask youself…would you call someone with cancer or aids a derogatory name? I think not. You would feel empathy or sadness. Instead all society does is act on fear and create shame in the hearts of those who deal with mental illness daily. Of course, your ignorance is not your fault. IT is due to these biassed and insensitive stories that we hear all the time. Educate yourselves because you may need it someday when your loved one develops a chemical imbalance. You will see how much courage is required to overcome stigma and the illness itself.

I hate to talk shit about Lauryn Hill but she really does need to get through already or have her people announce she's taken an extended leave of absence from the music industry. I'm a fan of both her music and Amy Winehouse's music, and yet both keep letting me down. This is a shame. Either quit or get back to work, because we all have issues!

Isaac Newton, Einstein (and his son), John Nash, Beethoven, Vincent Van Gogh, Edgar Allen Poe, Abraham Lincoln, the list goes on…SO all of you who discriminate and stereotype mental illness…maybe you should think about the genius that resulted from what you view as a troubled mind or a disgrace to society. Most individuals with mental illness are highly intelligent and struggling with intense emotional turmoil. How would you like to be judged?
whatever people can call her crazy all they want, that societal judgement is her muse. Listen to her Unplugged album. That my friends is a true "artist". She struggled with her inner demons and we the listener got to hear it.

Oh, I feel so sad when I hear things like this about Lauryn. Who knows what is really going on with her and how it started, but it seems like her relationship with what's-his-face Marley really did her in.
This pics quite old. Love her voice and music. She does have issues regaarding white people though. Who knows? She may have experienced a lot of prejudice herself.
