Because The Hangover is still hanging on to it's #1 spot at the U.S. box office!!
Yay!
The comedy flick grossed $10.44 million in 3,355 theaters on Friday alone, keeping it afloat at #1 for the second Friday in a row!!
Up, the latest effort from Disney and Pixar, came in second place in Friday's totals, showing in 3,886 venues and earning a modest $8.8 million.
Will The Hangover stay at the top for the entire weekend??

Nah, it won't hang on to the number one spot. "Up" will be number one. Up will beat it on both Saturday and Sunday because of the kids.

Why do you care if it stays #1? Do you get points or something? There are only crap movies opening this weekend so it isn't that big of a deal if it makes #1. I'm sure that there will be a big drop off in sales from this time last year.

This is a really funny movie. Really funny. But I don't think that it will beat a Pixar movie which is a family orientated movie and everyone no matter what likes Pixar movies.

The Hangover rocked. So hard.
I think so. I tried 3 different theaters last night before I found one with tickets left for a 10pm show.
And even though I didn't think it was QUITE as funny as everyone else seems to, I learned I thoroughly enjoy watching Bradley Cooper on the big screen. He's just….. wow.
