      I'm so happy that Adam has a mom who is loving and accepting of him - just as he is. So many gay kids do NOT have this kind of family support, and lots of them are ostracized from their family because of their sexuality, forced out of their homes, and left to try to make it completely on their own. He is a lucky young man to have someone like Mom in his corner - she's a very wonderful parent!

      gotta love it. he's honest and seriously, should there have been so much speculation? Like he said, he's been living that way for so long, it's a bigger deal to everyone else. HUGE sign that the rest of the world needs to let go of holding someone's sexuality in such a regard that it defines who they even are.

I think some of it the the homosexuality thing: they're gonna make him their poster child for everything that is great and how you can succeed being "who you are," etc. I don't watch AI so I never saw him sing, but he appears to have great showmanship as an entertainer. Then again, most gay guys I know are great dancers and love to dance and they usually have fun personalities so this shouldn't come as a big surprise. Do I find him attractive? No. But he isn't a bad looking guy, just not my type.
