It's Jason Beher, the hunky alien brother of Katherin Heigl in Roswell.
He's been MIA for awhile but just resurfaced in New York for the premiere of his new movie The Last International Playboy.
He's still pretty damn sexy, but his hair is looking a little greasy, which isn't very attractive.

Jason Behr is gorgeous! I’ve been a HUGE fan since Roswell and had the pleasure of meeting Jason BEHR at an opening party for “The Last International Playboy” Friday night. He was a dream and is even finer in person!
