Wanted: More Angelina!

Though her storyline seemingly ended in the first installment of the action film Wanted (a curved bullet to the head will do that to a gal), there might be hope that we'll get more Angelina Jolie action in the Wanted sequel.
Russian director Timur Bekmabetov admits he wants the action mom for the flick and that production will begin as soon as next month.
We'd love to see how he is planning on resurrecting Angie. He better not pull any crap with a prequel!
No word yet if James McAvoy will return as well.

I loved wanted, i bought it on bluray and it was even more amazing - i loved the main character and everybody did a good job. Definitely would see a sequel - it's an action movie lovers drug.

The first one was one of the worst movies I've ever seen in my entire life. So, even though Angie is my girlfriend and I make it a point to see everything that she's in, I won't see another Wanted. I just can't waste my life like that any more.

Watched this movie Sunday night and enjoyed it. I don't understand why they feel the need to make a sequel or a prequel. Prequels rarely work and as far as I'm concerned, I'm not really sure where they would go with a sequel. The original movie had a satisfactory if not satisfying ending. Sequels only work if there are open ended plot holes that need to be completed or explained. In my mind this movie didn't really leave much open. There was really no lack of closure. Not really sure where it can go especially with all of the principle characters being offed. The only way it can be a successful sequel is if it doesn't follow the original plot at all. It has to be completely different to avoid comparison.

Seriously, I found the first movie to be horrible. Loved the action, but the plot at the end definitely ruined it for me. I usually love Ang in any movie, but her frail body was disgusting to look at. I was afraid her bones would break in half at any given moment. I think a sequel is a waste of time, energy and money!
