I saw that pic and yeah, I take graphic designs classes at school and you can tell it's photoshopped. Every single picture I've seen of her I've been able to tell if it's fake or real and so far I've been right. Trust me, you can't believe every good photoshop you see. Just take Kelly Clarksons album cover for instance. Also, Mileys ALWAYS admitted to her pictures before, why would she suddenly stop now? It's not like people don't expect it from her. Truthfully though, I believe it's a fake.
I'd hate to say it but it SURE looks like her. I don't care that she's doing it (didn't we all?) or even that she's taking pic's of the event but WHY WHY WHY would she have the pic accessible to anyone. First, The picture is not fake, there is an edited version to fix the lighting and size but the original picture's EXIF data ( i know most of you don't even know what exif is GOOGLE it) says the picture comes straight from a blackberry. No editing done was done on the image, this is a FACT, the pic is REAL.
