While appearing on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, Heidi Tortured Montag Pratt wore the EXACT same dress that Kristin Cavallari wore a few days ago, which was the EXACT same dress worn by Heather Graham to a premiere a week before that.
Why she thinks she is in need of more attention, we aren't sure. She and Spencer are already on every news outlet around.
Does she really think pissing off Kristin Cavallari is wise?
