I don't get it. Her back is to the kid. Do you have any pictures of her with the rose or boy in her field of view as proof she even saw him to ignore him? She only mentions seeing a flash of something for a moment, which is confirmed by all the angles of view I've seen. I have not seen a single shot where she could have noticed the boy. There was alot of flashes going on - Go ahead, try to look around while a strobe light is flashing on your face. Entrances and exits for celebrities are very high stressed and hectic.

I expected Perez to know better due to his familiarity of celebrities.

I would say that when you have that many idiots coming at you that fast that it's awful hard to notice every fifteen year old with a yellow rose. yes this isnt the first time this happens… Im in The USN and when the whole crew of Transformers went to film at the Carrier the Stennis she was just very uptight and rude while all the guys where being really sweet and cool and hanging out and taking pictures with all of us sailors..apparently we werent even worth her time …defending our country doesnt mean too much to that bitch lol

She didn't apologize, she said she was sorry - to the media. Unless she apologizes directly to the kid, no kind of public 'apology' will cut it. In the meantime, I hope there's plenty of fake nudes out there to help the kid heal his broken heart.
